Icehouse Fit Programs
The Icehouse Challenge uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to develop strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes.
Challengers can also expect to receive in-depth information regarding nutrition and fitness aimed at improving health and wellness while also promoting fat loss.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

FLUX combines three proven fitness disciplines-yoga, strength training, and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. We focus on gaining lean muscle and burning body fat. Our group class begins with a yoga-inspired warmup, a 5-15 min workout, and it ends with a yoga flow to cool down and re-center before returning to your day. (50 Min Class)
You will use equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, medicine balls and plenty of bodyweight movements utilizing and the best piece of machinery available…you!

Education and AccountabilityPeriodic Meetings and virtual check-ins with your nutrition coach to discuss your goals and keep you accountable. Different levels of accountability are available based on your individual needs.
Individualized movement programming designed to get people out of pain without going to the doctor or missing the gym. Consists of an in-person assessment, virtual programming, virtual check-ins, and in-person re-assessment.
