Nutrition Coaching


Nutrition is directly connected to both training and recovery and is demonstrated in our body composition and energy levels. We take nutrition so seriously here at Icehouse, that we have our own Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Mimi.

Say goodbye to crash diets and calorie-counting for good! We are interested in helping you develop healthy habits and skills that you can take with you for the rest of your life! Working with Coach Mimi, you’ll learn not only WHAT and HOW MUCH to eat, but you’ll learn HOW (slowly and mindfully) and WHY (in response to physical hunger, as an important social connector, and more!).

In order to develop these habits, we use the top-of-the-line nutrition program ProCoach. Based on the latest in nutrition science and change psychology, ProCoach will give you daily lessons and habits that will transform the way you eat step by step. Your bi-weekly meetings with Mimi will give you a deeper understanding of each habit and will ensure your success on the program.
