Getting Started at Icehouse FitNo Sweat Consultation
Note: Due to COVID-19, we are suspending all Intros until June
If you are just starting your fitness journey, the first step is to schedule a free No Sweat Consultation.
During this session we will discuss your goals and answer any questions. We’ll also discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and our various program options.
The Icehouse Challenge is our starting point for all new Icehousers. Whether you are an experienced athlete or have never done a squat before, the challenge has you covered! We meet with each potential challenger to get to know you, help you set goals and create a schedule based on your availability and goals to set you up for success!
Challengers can also expect to receive in-depth information regarding nutrition and fitness aimed at improving health and wellness while also promoting fat loss. Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know to be healthy for far beyond 6 weeks!

CrossFit is our signature class offering. CrossFit is a worldwide strength and conditioning fitness program designed for all ages. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, the CrossFit program is designed with universal scalability, making this the ideal exercise program for anyone, regardless of age or experience.

At Icehouse, we pride ourselves on having the most qualified coaches in the area. We specialize in program design and numerous specialty areas including power and Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, athletic training, and mobility and yoga. Our staff has the best training to ensure Icehouse athletes receive the safest and most effective coaching.
FLUX = Yoga + HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) This class checks all the boxes!
Flux combines three proven fitness disciplines-yoga, strength training, and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. We focus on gaining lean muscle and burning body fat. Our group class begins with a yoga-inspired warmup, a 5-15 min workout, and it ends with a yoga flow to cool down and re-center before returning to your day.
You will use equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, medicine balls and plenty of bodyweight movements utilizing and the best piece of machinery available…you! This class works great as a standalone program (punch cards available) or works well in combination with our other classes at Icehouse. Flux is included with all our Icehouse Unlimited Memberships, meaning you get 2 memberships in 1!
Icehouse Movement is designed to help you move & feel your absolute best! Individualized movement programming is designed to get people out of pain without going to the doctor or missing the gym, or to fix strength imbalances to become a stronger, more well-rounded athlete!
Movement beings with an in-person movement screen. Then our coach creates programming just for you, checks in regularly to keep you accountable, and reassess to measure progress and adjust as needed!
Icehouse Barbell consists of Olympic Lifting Classes, Strength Cycles, Programming, as well as access to our Barbell Gym. Whether you are brand new to lifting or simply looking to step up your game we can help!
We have standalone Icehouse Barbell Memberships available, or membership is included in our Icehouse Unlimited Membership (AKA 3 Gym Memberships in 1!)
