6 week beginner’s class focusing on bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes.

Combines three proven fitness disciplines: yoga, strength training and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Your first Flux class is free!
