If you would like to try out a class in a group setting, you are welcome to use our weekly Team WOD (Workout Of the Day). We do not use any technical barbell movements in this class so that it is accessible for all levels. You will also be paired up with a member so it is a great way to get a feel for our community, get in a solid workout, and even have some fun! Select a Team WOD class below to register.
Team WODs are every Saturday at 9AM. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to be expecting you! If you plan to attend, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a waiver and meet your coach.
