Program & Rates

CROSSFIT– We offer a variety of CrossFit memberships for our group classes, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. These include your 2 week On-Ramp program at the beginning of your membership as well as Open Gym times, and visits may be used on Barbell Basics, Team Workouts, Yoga, and other various classes and events held at or by CrossFit Icehouse. CrossFit is scale-able for any and all levels, and our coaches are here to help along the way.


Icehouse Challenge (Formerly known as Bootcamp) – The Challenge uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to develop strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes. Bootcampers can also expect to receive in depth information regarding nutrition and fitness aimed at improving health and wellness while also promoting fat loss.  CLICK HERE for more information or to register for our April Bootcamp.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES (Requires a minimum 3x/Week Membership) Yoga for athletes is a combination of vinyasa style flow and restorative yoga.  This class focuses on recovery and mobility athletes need to balance their training.  It is a great way to cool down from another workout, or use as an active recovery day.

OLYMPIC LIFTING (Requires an Unlimited Membership) Olympic Lifting or OLY is for those who want to improve their technique and efficiency in the snatch, clean, and jerk. Each hour-long class will break down a specific Olympic style lift, covering the basic positions and foundational movement patterns. Whether you’re looking to improve your performance in workouts or to become a competitive lifter, this class is for you!
