No Sweat Consultation

If you are new to CrossFit, the first step is to schedule a No Sweat Consultation. During this session we will take you on a tour of our facility, answer any questions, as well as discuss your goals. We’ll also discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss different options to get started. These consultations are by appointment only, please email us at info@crossfiticehouse.com to register, or fill out the form below and a coach will contact you within 48 hours (may be longer if completed on a weekend).
