FREE CrossFit Intro
If you are new to CrossFit, the first step is to attend one of our Free Intro Workouts. Each class will include an introduction and short discussion about our methodology, a dynamic warm-up, a workout that can be completed by people of all fitness levels, and time to answer questions. After the workout we’ll discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss training options. These classes meet Saturdays at 10AM or by appointment. Icehouse Challenge (formerly known as Bootcamp) – Next session kicks off September 9th!
The Challenge uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to develop strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes. Bootcampers can also expect to receive in depth information regarding nutrition and fitness aimed at improving health and wellness while also promoting fat loss.

On-Ramp is a 2 week/6 class course offered every week on Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays at 5:30PM. On-Ramp classes prepare attendees for long-term success with us by teaching our major movements and ramping up the intensity of each workout. In each class you’ll learn 1-3 new movements, have ample opportunity to practice those movements under a coach’s eye, and participate in a workout. On-Ramp classes can be adjusted to all fitness levels. Though the On-Ramp program is scheduled for up too two weeks, On-Ramp participants will attend as many classes as necessary before moving onto regular group classes, which will be determined during your initial Intro Workout or Consultation.
On-Ramp is required before starting a regular membership. The On-Ramp Course is $100 for the 5:30PM class, or if you would like to do then as 1-on-1 appointments, the cost is $200. Please email us at email@example.com to register.
If you are visiting from out of town and are an experienced CrossFitter you are free to drop-in. The first time you visit your workout is on us. After the first free workout there is a $20 drop in fee or you can purchase a t-shirt from us.
