FREE CrossFit Intro
If you are new to CrossFit, the first step is to attend one of our Free Intro Workouts. Each class will include an introduction and short discussion about our methodology, a dynamic warm-up, a workout that can be completed by people of all fitness levels, and time to answer questions. After the workout we’ll discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss training options. These classes are by appointment only, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register, or register below.
If you would like to try out a class in a group setting, you are welcome to use our weekly Team WOD (Workout Of the Day) as your Free Intro. We do not use any technical barbell movements in this class so that it is accessible for all levels. You will also be paired up with a member so it is a great way to get a feel for our community, get in a solid workout, and even have some fun! Select a Team WOD class below to register.
If you are visiting from out of town and are an experienced CrossFitter you are free to drop-in. The first time you visit your workout is on us. After the first free workout there is a $20 drop in fee or you can purchase a t-shirt from us. Please e-mail email@example.com and let us know you’re stopping by or if you have any questions.
