Barbell Basics

Barbell Basics takes one Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean, Jerk) and breaks it down into smaller drills to learn (or re-learn) the fundamentals of each movement with either the PVC or just the Barbell.  The entire hour is focused on form, so this can be attended following a regular class.  Barbell Basic attendance is highly encouraged for everyone, especially those new to CrossFit.
